Terms and Conditions
A 50% initial payment will be required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable. On payment of the initial payment the customer is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions:
Full payment is required a minimum of two weeks prior to the function. A refund of 50% of payments over the initial payment will be made on cancellations of up to two weeks notice prior to the function. No refunds will be made for cancellations of less than two weeks notice.
The customer is responsible for all hired items from delivery until collection. A cleared refundable security deposit of £50.00 is required for hire items, which is due to be paid in full two weeks prior to the event, with the exception of the post box deposit. For total orders under £500, then the security deposit for this item is £200. This is payable in addition to the hire charges, to cover shortages and damages to hired goods. Any loss or damage to the said items will be charged in full at the current cost of replacement. This security deposit will be returned to you once all the hired items have been checked and cleaned where necessary, after the event, less any charges due. Any charges over the security deposits will be invoiced to you.
Unless previously agreed, all hire items remain the property of Balloon Your Room Ltd.
Balloon Your Room Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property arising from, or in conjunction with the use or positioning of any equipment or displays.
